Not part of SDS (yet).

I feel as if things have changed in 2007, not in very bigs ways, but it’s subtle. This is a very good thing.
I’m watching “The Hills” right now. I have to admit, this is my second episode. Why am I drawn into watching the lives of these young women? Obviously I am not doing my Criminology quiz at the moment, which I should because…
Billy said his mum invited us out to dinner tonight. It’s the Riggins’ 22nd wedding anniversary, though!!! They are so nice. And tomorrow, we’re going to the Highland Games in Winter Springs. 1) I had no idea we were going. 2) I had no idea what the Highland Games were. I did some research, and wow… lots of Scottish-ish-ness… since it’s about Scottish people. Billy mentioned log throwing. He’s a man after my wee heart.
I saw this commercial about a puppy trying to get it’s owner to stop smoking pot. I quite like it.
I tried to get the Kid’s Pack at Subway. They would not let me. There was no age limit on the menu! The guy said it was for young kids only… although he said I looked very young. So sad. I did get away with two cookies, though. (Subway, you owe me one Minute Maid juice pack, a fruit roll up, and a toy. I paid for it!)
While watching the end of some reality game show on MTV with Amanda last night, I saw an advert for a new show “Engaged and Underage.” I actually went to see what ages the show would follow, and it’s 18 to 21. I would really like to see some kid’s who got their parents to sign for them because they’re not 18 yet. I’m glad to know that when I get married, I’ll be 22, and supposedly not underage. You know, a lot of people before us have gotten married much earlier. It is a big deal?
I can’t wait to get married. I truly am excited.
Another thing I’m excited about is IKEA: IT’S OPENING IN ORLANDO LATER THIS YEAR! DUDE, Orlando is the best place ever. Great weather, great people, so much to do and see, and IKEA! *…* I think I’m never going to move now. Sorry. (Also, the Blue Man Group is going to have a permanent version of their show here, and there’s so much music to be had- yeah, I know this isn’t Austin or Nashville, but guess who’s seeing Guster on 2/16?! Danke, Billy!)
I have finished exactly 25 hours of working at the Office of the President. It’s cold in there, but nice. Everyone helps me out more than normal people should- and sadly, I always need direction. Once I get the hang of things, I’ll be all right. Unfortunately, I have to know how to do things first, and this requires a little show-and-tell. I am like this with almost every aspect of my life. I will not do anything unless I see someone else do it also. I need to know exactly what to do.
This says something about my existence. I fear mistakes.
All right, going now. Must finish my ice and then *maybe* start my quiz. It is due tonight at midnight. Have a great day.
BTW: the Jim and Pam countdown has begun. If this season ends with one of those wishy-washy feely episodes… I don’t think I could make it through another summer.
