ever since i first saw them, i have hated them.
croc shoes, with your bright colors and random holes to “air my feet,” you were a mark against fashion when i first laid eyes on you.
you made me dislike malto mario even more.
but i can’t help but desire that nice soft band of rubber-whatever-material behind my ankle. i must have a pair. even if i will look stupid. just the feel of it is perfect. i must find some, in red, turquoise, or black.
and then i’ll secretly wear them when no one is looking.
