I <3 Mankind (sometimes)

I was reading this very girly tech site called Shiny Shiny, and I came across a very interesting article. It was about a program that would perhaps work on your telephone or PDA and show you your actual social network in a way like The Sims: you’d be able to see people figures representing your friends and family, and they’ll walk about the screen, content or mad that you’ve talked to them recently or not. It’s a very engaging idea to me, as a budding sociologist, lol, and seeing how I do love The Sims and social networks, it appeals to me so much that I wish I could personally work on the project. I know, I’m not one for immense radical idea formation to change the world or anything, but given a very good subject (like TAL, lol), I am pretty good. Anyways, read the thesis for the thing called The Social Fabric.
It excites me so much, I could die.
